Wrapping your body with foil will give you better result when you are training .
I have done this before and i can tell you for sure it’s working. Summer is coming so we should get ready .
All you need for this is plastic wrap, body lotion and bandage.
First apply the body lotion over your stomach. Then wrap your belly with plastic wrap as tight as you can . Place the bandage on top of the plastic foil. Cover yourself with blankets , because it work better in a high temperature.
